As a provider of travel services, ALAABDITRAVEL.COM is an online booking and ticketing company and is acting as an agent for suppliers of travel arrangements such as airlines, hotel and car rental companies. ALAABDITRAVEL.COM is not responsible for, and client releases ALAABDITRAVEL.COM from any liability for travel arrangements which may result in any damage, loss, injury or delay as a result of actions or errors imposed by the suppliers. ALAABDITRAVEL.COM is not responsible for expenses to client, which are due to sickness, weather, strikes, delays, increased security measures or changes in air and other services. Client agrees and understands that the purchase of airline travel from ALAABDITRAVEL.COM is a nonrefundable, non-transferable transaction and that each airline imposes its own penalties and related fee structure for changes to airline tickets, as well as terms, conditions and deadlines for use of unused airline tickets.

ALAABDITRAVEL.COM is not responsible for changes to these airline-dictated policies. Any delay in receipt of paper airline tickets which is due to the failure of document shipping services caused by weather, strikes or other types of delays in service is not the financial responsibility of ALAABDITRAVEL.COM.

ALAABDITRAVEL.COM will make every effort to ensure prompt advisement of supplier changes/alerts, and as a purchaser of online travel services, client agrees to provide accurate telephone contacts and a current email address in order to ensure receipt of important advisement?
